{"id":19477,"date":"2023-08-29T16:04:10","date_gmt":"2023-08-29T12:04:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/qualityacademy.org\/?page_id=19477"},"modified":"2025-10-13T16:20:13","modified_gmt":"2025-10-13T12:20:13","slug":"terms-and-conditions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/qualityacademy.org\/policy\/terms-and-conditions\/","title":{"rendered":"Terms and Conditions"},"content":{"rendered":"\n\n\t\t<h1>\n\t\t\tTerms &#038; Conditions\n\t\t<\/h1>\n\t\t\t<strong>Last Reviewed:<\/strong> September 13, 2025\t\t\n\t<h4>Scope<\/h4>\n<p><strong>These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Quality Academy, including but not limited to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Training services (e.g., public and corporate training, virtual and in-person delivery, certification preparation)<\/li>\n<li>Management System (MS) Certification services (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001 certification audits)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>By using our services, clients agree to be bound by the terms set forth below.<\/p>\n<h4>1. Booking and Payment<\/h4>\n<p><strong>1.1 Training Services<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Course registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a signed booking form (if applicable).<\/li>\n<li>Payments must be made before the course start date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>1.2 Certification Services<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Certification audits commence only after acceptance of the proposal and receipt of full or partial payment as per agreed terms.<\/li>\n<li>Invoices must be settled within the timeline specified in the proposal or contract.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>2. Cancellations and Transfers<\/h4>\n<p><strong>2.1 Training Services<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cancellations received at least 14 working days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund or transfer.<\/li>\n<li>No refund is issued for cancellations made less than 14 working days prior.<\/li>\n<li>Learners may transfer to another course session subject to availability<\/li>\n<li>Exception for Bundles: If you enrolled in a course bundle and have already attended or accessed any session or course within the bundle, the cancellation policy does not apply, and no refund will be issued-regardless of the date of cancellation. This policy ensures fair treatment and prevents partial consumption of bundled content.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2.2 Certification Services<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Certification audit cancellations must be made at least 15 working days before the scheduled start. Late cancellations may incur fees.<\/li>\n<li>Postponements are subject to availability and mutual agreement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>3. Learner and Client Conduct<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>All learners and clients must act respectfully and professionally during training or audits.<\/li>\n<li>Quality Academy reserves the right to remove any learner or client representative for disruptive or inappropriate behavior.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>4. Confidentiality<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>All personal and business information shared with Quality Academy is treated with strict confidentiality.<\/li>\n<li>For MS Certification, audit findings and records are kept secure and disclosed only in accordance with accreditation rules.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>5. Use of Materials and Intellectual Property<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Course materials are for individual use only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited without written permission.<\/li>\n<li>Audit reports and related documentation remain the property of Quality Academy and may not be reproduced or shared without consent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>6. Certification Validity and Maintenance<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Certification under MS schemes is valid only if clients comply with all surveillance, renewal, and nonconformity closure requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Certification may be suspended or withdrawn in cases of breach of contract, failure to maintain systems, or unresolved nonconformities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>7. Appeals and Complaints<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Clients and learners may submit formal complaints or appeals regarding training, exams, audit findings, or certification decisions.<\/li>\n<li>All cases will be handled according to Quality Academy&#8217;s documented procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>8. Liability<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Quality Academy is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or financial loss resulting from the use of its services.<\/li>\n<li>Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>9. Data Protection<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Quality Academy complies with applicable data protection laws.<\/li>\n<li>Personal data may be shared with regulatory or certification bodies only when required for certification, accreditation, or legal compliance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>10<b>. <\/b>Refunds &amp; Deductions<\/h4>\n<p>Refund Method:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All eligible refunds will be processed as a credit balance to the learner&#8217;s QA Wallet, which can be used toward any future course or service provided by Quality Academy.<\/li>\n<li>The QA Wallet balance is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance and is non-transferable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Exceptions: Refunds to the original payment method may only be granted in exceptional cases, such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cancellation initiated by Quality Academy.<\/li>\n<li>Registration errors or miscommunication caused by Quality Academy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please note: Any applicable payment gateway or banking fees will be deducted from the refunded amount. These are charged by third-party providers and are not retained by Quality Academy.<\/p>\n<h4>11.
