Quality Commitment<\/h4>\n<p>We aim to consistently meet or exceed client expectations in all aspects of our services.<\/p>\n<p>To achieve this, Quality Academy shall:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understand and respond to client requirements effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all processes and services are delivered in line with applicable standards and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Provide well-trained and competent staff and auditors with clearly defined responsibilities.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain controlled and documented systems to ensure traceability and reliability of service.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor performance, gather feedback, and act on opportunities for improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>2. Health &amp; Safety Commitment<\/h4>\n<p>We recognize our duty to ensure a safe and healthy working and learning environment for our employees, learners, contractors, and visitors.<\/p>\n<p>We commit to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Comply with all relevant UAE laws and international safety regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Provide suitable infrastructure, equipment, and training to prevent injuries and incidents.<\/li>\n<li>Identify, assess, and control risks associated with our operations.<\/li>\n<li>Promote awareness and active involvement of all stakeholders in safe practices.<\/li>\n<li>Review and improve our health and safety performance regularly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>3.
